My full time job is in a factory environment and I am trying to create an income online, part time, and the policy of overdelivering or doing more than what is expected of you in a factory, can lead to criticism and ridicule. Thankfully I have found a place where if you do too much it gets you somewhere, and that is what I am looking for. I think that is what keeps me going when I feel like quiting. It is really reassuring to a beginner like me to read and hear people talk about overdelivering because that is the way I want to do things.

This saves me time and energy from having to put on a front and just keeping it real. I know that we act differently around different people, but mostly just being upfront and honest it key. Most people don't like confrontation, but I wont be attracting those kinds of people because I am very open and honest. The list is something that even though I know most of it.
